Date: 2009-08-26 04:19 pm (UTC)Actually, it's a lot easier than one would think. You just have to know how your body works, what you put in there, physical activity, etc.
It's also adaptable. So....let's say you start weightlifting. Your body is going to get tired after lifting just one set with so many pounds.
If you keep doing it, you can lift more weight and do more sets because you're gaining muscle mass and strength. :D
It's like....leveling up, I guess.

- Having a job or class that requires you to stay up later
- Too much caffeine/sugar/other type of food or beverage
- Pain and/or itchiness and/or general uncomfortable sensation
- Certain medications can mess with your sleep schedule
- Certain mental disorders can also mess with your sleep schedule
- Other assorted reasons
And some of these can happen at the same time. 8Db

Plus (i can't remember where i've seen this, but whatever) apparently, people are more creative at night. (so, they write, draw, whateverrrr)

Date: 2009-08-27 04:43 pm (UTC)... Fft I never explained to you about my mom. Ahh basically she had a kidney removed in... January or February? Early this year, anyway. They found two types of cancer in her kidney, one of which was highly rare and highly aggressive. She did four rounds of chemo, and they recently did some scans. The initial results came back kind of suspicious-looking, but this new round looks pretty clean. She has an appointment later today but she read over the report (as did I) and it doesn't look like they think it's anything to worry about.
