Magic users within a twenty-foot radius will sense a sphere of protective wards and very old magic, four different magical signatures present, one of them swinging back and forth between dangerously low and extremely high.
Those rooms near to his (eastern corner of the fifth floor) may or may not experience fluctuations in electricity and magic use; there are times where spells will be dampened, others would be strengthened fivefold.
