NO IT'S COOL, REALLY. :'D
[DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. NOW I GET TO HANG OUT WITH A DUDE WHO IS AWESOME AND LOVES RANDOMLY PLAYING WITH DOGS. :'D]
Actually, it's a lot easier than one would think. You just have to know how your body works, what you put in there, physical activity, etc.
It's also adaptable. So....let's say you start weightlifting. Your body is going to get tired after lifting just one set with so many pounds.
If you keep doing it, you can lift more weight and do more sets because you're gaining muscle mass and strength. :D
It's like....leveling up, I guess.
